Refund and Returns Policy

At Funny Toilet Rolls, we take hygiene and customer safety seriously. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except where strictly required by UK law.

Hygiene and Safety Notice

Toilet paper and related sanitary goods are classified as perishable and hygienic items. In accordance with Regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers do not have a right to cancel or return any items that are sealed for hygiene or health protection once unsealed after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our sole discretion.

To qualify:

• Items must remain unopened and unused.

• All packaging must be intact and original.

No Refunds for International Orders

All international orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
International orders fall outside the jurisdiction of UK consumer protection laws. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances, including for shipping delays, customs issues, or delivery failures outside our control.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

• Unwanted items

• Change-of-mind purchases

• Opened, used, or tampered packaging

• International orders

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for domestic (UK-based) customers. If a product is proven to be faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose, we will comply with our legal obligations.
